Still three unbeaten Premiership teams, with QPR heading Liverpool and last season`s champions Newcastle on goal difference at the top of the FULL table (see links above).

Only one record at most will last through to the new year however, with Liverpool playing Newcastle in the first week of November, and QPR due to take on both during December.

Game of the month was a tight 64m - 63m win for Villa over Fulham, as the two fought it out for a top 6 spot.

At the bottom, Everton and Reading remain winless teams. The bottom two play each other in mid-November, so one winless record will fall!

Two unbeaten records left in the Championship, and unsurprisingly they belong to powerhouse teams Crystal Palace and Brighton.

Game of the month was Palace`s record 751m - 131m win over Millwall, the Eagles` score being a new PFYC England record.

At the bottom, Barnsley have picked up a couple of low-scoring wins, leaving Charlton as the only winless Championship team moving into November. The Tykes however remain PFYC England`s lowest scoring team.

Shrewsbury have become far and away the dominant force in League One, now six points and 200m+ in goal difference ahead of their nearest rivals. With this level of dominance, they have a great chance of carrying the first ever unbeaten record in League One through to the end of the season.

The top six is a competitive place to be, with last season`s champions Bournemouth now a distant seventh. Game of the month was a 52m - 36m win for 2nd-place Leyton Orient over Bournemouth.

At the bottom, Portsmouth are losing touch with the rest, with only one win out of fifteen. They are nine points behind Hartlepool and Oldham.

Just Barnet and Morecambe still unbeaten in League Two, and with the two due to play each other in November, the list of unbeaten PFYC England teams for 2012 will get ever shorter by the end of the month.

Few surprises in the month, although Bristol Rovers are re-emerging to challenge Accrington for a top 6 spot.

Game of the month was a 6.6m - 5.5m "Roses" victory for Accrington over York.

At the bottom, previously winless York managed no less than FOUR wins out of six in October. Cheltenham now sit bottom, although the race to avoid the wooden spoon looks set to run for the entire season, with at least 10 clubs in contention (or in danger) of finishing in the bottom spot.
